Badging

I provide badging and access support for contractors working on Naval Base Kitsap, Keyport, and other Navy facilities.

My role is to handle the administrative side of badging, the fee is $135 per person or vehicle submission, which covers the entire submission process from start to approval.

This includes:

• Easy and Secure information collection for Badging

• Submission into BAVR, CIA, VAR etc. for each badging need

• Approval notifications with required forms, directions, and identification document help

• Updating required forms to expedite badging at Pass & ID (5512s, 5530.1, 5530-25, as applicable)

• Tracking through the approval process

• Expiration monitoring so you can renew who still needs badging and know who has what access at any given time.

• A daily email updating you on approval status and any delays.

For Vehicles I also track the registration and insurance expirations

Certificate of Insurance

We offer COI tracking and management services for project contractors. This includes:

• Coordinating directly with insurance carriers

• Obtaining project-specific Certificates of Insurance

• Verifying compliance with contract requirements

• Monitoring expiration dates

• Requesting renewals as needed throughout the duration of the project

These services are provided at $45 per hour or an agreement for flat rate. 

Secure Online Spaces

For many companies with remote employees or working on a job site, having access to information quickly and securely is necessary. We provide solutions for your company to have dedicated spaces for forms, documents, images, and key information to successful keep up with your projects and clients. 

We work with the Microsoft Office product line so there is minimal extra cost and maximum use for your company. 

These services are provided at $45 an hour for setup, training and maintenance.
