For consultation services, refunds are not available once a session has been completed. We understand that schedules shift, so we offer flexible rescheduling with 24-hour notice. Missed appointments without prior communication may incur a 50% cancellation fee, reinforcing the importance of time management and mutual respect.
 
In branding, website design, and creative development, our work begins with strategic planning and tailored execution. Because these services are highly customized, refunds are not issued once work has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project slot and initiate the creative process. If a project is canceled before any work begins, partial refunds may be considered, minus administrative and planning costs.For startup support and system setup—including accounting, POS integration, email infrastructure, and tech guidance—refunds are not provided once services have been delivered or systems activated. These services involve hands-on implementation and strategic direction, which are non-reversible once executed. However, if a client feels the guidance provided does not meet expectations, we encourage open communication to explore alternative solutions or adjustments.
 
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the original service date. Intellicomm Group Inc. reserves the right to assess each request individually, taking into account the nature of the service, the stage of completion, and any documented communication.
